- Email: Investors can email their complaints and suggestions to shareholders@jcbank.com.jo.
In addition, Investors have the right to submit suggestions to include certain topics on the agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting before the end of January each year. Investors holding at least 5% of the company's subscribed shares can also add items to the agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting prior to sending it in final form to the Investors.
All suggestions and complaints received by the Bank are treated with the utmost confidentiality and transparency. The Secretariat of the Board of Directors ensures that all suggestions and complaints are submitted to the Board of Directors for appropriate action. This mechanism is effective as of its date and is considered an integral part of the Bank's approved mechanism for organizing General Assembly meetings.
